The 10â x 18â Asgard Garrison Police Preferred Metal Bike Workshop Shed (3.11m x 5.66m) prides itself on being one of the strongest and most secure garden buildings on the market. Galvanised Steel and 5-Bolt Locking System Approved by the police, UK Locksmiths Association and Loss Prevention Certification Board, this premium metal bike workshop shed priorities security, strength and longevity. Itâs constructed in the UK from rust-resistant, reinforced and galvanised steel and includes a whole host of features to keep its contents protected from both the elements and prying eyes. The structure weights a massive 141 stone (almost 900 kilos) and is fitted with Asgardâs tough 5-point locking system. This system includes internal deadbolts, an EN1303-rated pick-/drill-resistant Euro-cylinder lock and a handle thatâs designed to shear off during an attempted break-in. The panels and doors are reinforced, the built-in metal floor can be bolted down, and there are locking bars on the doors, internal door clasps and roof clips for added protection. Thereâs even a hidden pop-out hole in the fascia at the front of the garden building where you can add a security camera or light, offering another layer of security. Spacious and Practical Bike Workshop While the outside of the shed is built for security, the inside is built for practicality, efficiency and comfort. The internal apex roof height stands at 6â8, providing generous headroom, and the large double doors and heavy-duty access ramp mean you can move bikes and other equipment in and out with ease. Once those bikes are inside, they can be stored quickly and easily in the four rear-mounted bike stands (thereâs also enough floor space to add additional free-standing bike racks if you desire). The 4 heavy-duty shelves and 10 heavy-duty hooks are perfectly positioned to support all the tools and materials youâd need for bike servicing, as well as standard cycling equipment like bike lights, helmets and protective gear. The workshop boasts an integral ventilation system in the form of a series of discrete holes in the roof eaves, which help to create pleasant working conditions when youâre servicing your bikes, and keep the interior condensation-free. Thereâs also a vented side panel to further boost airflow. Finally, you can add power into the workshop via to the electrical mounting plates and grommet access points, allowing you to charge bike lights, helmet cameras, fitness trackers and cycle computers; make use of power tools; and add lighting into the building. Please note: A qualified electrician will be required to install power units and wiring. This is not included as part of the installation process provided by the manufacturer.
